Good Morning Cristina. Jim and I wanted to thank you for all of your help in planning our trip to New Zealand. It was a wonderful trip with many highlights of beautiful scenery, charming inn keepers and lovely pinot. I still think about those delicious apples in the Nelson area.

The Air New Zealand flights went smoothly, we liked Premium Economy and would definitely pick that again. Our rental car was just as reserved.

The Bronte Country Inn was wonderful. Our suite was on the water with beautiful bay views. The kitchen was stocked with wines, fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was served at their garden patio and was delicious. The Inn owners were very helpful with directions. Our wine tasting that first afternoon was perfect. We were tired and Glenn and Julianne were the perfect match - easy going, but very interesting and knowledgeable. We saw a nice mix of wineries from large and polished to the small family run outfit. I recommended Velo Vino to other travellers along the way.

Wave Watchers was a great location for us to enjoy the sunset and walk down to the pancake rock area. We bought some basics, but you may want to mention to future travellers the house is stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper and laundry detergent. At the recommendation of a Punakaiki ranger, we did the 3-hour Pororai River Track and it was one of the most beautiful hikes.

The helicopter ride at Franz Joseph was a highlight and getting to see Mt. Cook so close was amazing. We had a great dinner at the Blue Ice Cafe and appreciated that they picked diners up and dropped them off after - in a fun Stretch Hummer. The Westwood was very spacious and clean with nice back patios. The owner and her dog were very nice.

The Dairy at Queenstown was a favorite. What a great location. Matt and Paul were amazing hosts and provided us with a really helpful overview of Queenstown. We loved parking the car and leaving it for our stay. We walked to a couple of great dinners - Fishbone and Bella Cucina. Our golf game at Jack's Point was rained out, so no feedback there.

I was really glad to have our final stop at Te Anau to get just a little more beautiful scenery in before we left. Dawn and Dock Bay Lodge were perfect. We had another large suite with every amenity. Dawn reviewed our plans when we arrived and confirmed our day at Doubtful Sound.

Again, thank you for a wonderful trip and all your fine arrangements. Every detail was brilliantly covered.

Take Care,

Nancy
