Riverview Lodge, is a small fishing lodge with only five guest rooms and offers an intimate and true Kiwi hospitality with some of the best “Big Brown Trout” fishing in New Zealand. This package is designed for those that want to experience the classic New Zealand fly fishing experience of casting a small dry fly or nymph to a sighted large Brown Trout in a small crystal clear stream.
After a exciting day of fly fishing return to the lodge where a courteous and friendly staff will serve you cocktails and a gourmet dinner --or you might first want to experience a soak in the nearby hot springs followed by a massage.
*For the non-angler Hanmer Springs is situated around famous thermal hot springs and a day can be spent being pampered soaking in the hot pools followed by a massage and beauty treatments. A wide variety of other activities are also available -- everything from jet boating, bungy jumping , river rafting, golf , winery visits, bush walks, horseback riding; to whale watching at Kaikoura.

Terms & Conditions:
Price is based upon two people traveling together and sharing a room and fishing guide. Price is determined by dates of stay within New Zealand as follows: Early Season dates are October 01 to November 23, 2006; Peak Season dates are December 16 to March 31, 2007; and Late Season dates are April 01 to April 30, 2007. Prices and itinerary are subject to availability. Single Supplement rates are $1,475 for Early & Late Seasons and $1,475 for Peak Season.
U.S./foreign govt. taxes, September 11th Security Fee and Passenger Facility Charge are included in price. Date change or rerouting after airline ticket is issued will incur a US$100 fee, per change, plus any additional fare which may apply. Airline ticket cancellation penalty is US$300 per person. Other restrictions may apply. United Mileage Plus earned on Air New Zealand flights. Seats on flights are limited and the length of stay in New Zealand can be extended.
